  Horrible!
  Took my sister for Mother's Day. The experience started out well until the waitress came to tell us they cooked my sister the wrong fish dish. I expected her to say they were preparing the correct dish; instead she said they were not going to charge us for the higher priced dish. Who does that?!?!? I had to intervene and ask my sister if she wanted her original dish. She was fine with the substitution. I ordered the Chicken Point Coupee. The waitress told me it came fried but she likes it grilled. I was sold. The dish came out beautifully but I could barely cut the chicken; it was so overdone and the hollandaise was cold. I ate two bites and when the waitress came by to ask if I wanted a box I told her how horrible the dish was and I could not eat it. She said she was sorry I didn't like it and then brought me the bill. There was no offer to re-cook or substitute the dish. I dine out several times a week and I have never had to pay for a dish I could not eat. What a horrible dining experience!!!
